As the President of Creative TeamWorks, an organizational development and communications consulting business, I work with groups in an authentic and natural process to achieve individual and business excellence. With emphasis on teamwork, the vision and mission of my work are to assist organizations in developing to their highest potential by creating an environment that encourages quality and commitment through a spontaneous and systematic approach.

With over 20 years of business experience and a masters degree in Counseling Psychology I have combined my professional, educational and personal interests to form a creative and spirited consulting business. Services range from the broad development and communications of vision, mission statements and operating philosophies down to the training and development of staff in teamwork principles. Along with the company’s leadership team, Creative TeamWorks strives to meet organizational goals with enthusiasm and dedication for the welfare of the customer, the employees and the business.

Experiences in organizational management include retail, marketing, product development, sales and human resources. Having served in many leadership positions my background includes senior management and strategic planning roles, the coordination and development of numerous organizational programs and the on-going advocacy role for employee needs. The clinical experiences have enhanced my interpersonal skills and significantly increased my understanding of human dynamics. The blending of organizational management skills and direct clinical work has brought my expertise to an advanced level for system interventions.
